The Game has slowed down for me

I am playing so well right now, its amazing. I can only compare it to when a rookie QB first enters the NFL and the game seems so fast but after awhile it slows down. that is how i feel about 50nl right now. I sit down and people just seem to give me their money with very little effort on my part.... perhaps i'm just running hot.
